WIDE ANDCO is a social impact company active in the field of digital education, gender equality and inclusive entrepreneurship.

The SIS (société d'impact sociétal), launched by the founder of WIDE (Women in Digital Empowerment) has received an agreement from the Ministry of Labour and social economy (MTESS) in 2022. WIDE ANDCO leverages public and private collaborations to create more impact in its field of intervention and expertise, in Luxembourg, at European and international level.


The Digital Learning Hub (DLH) , embedded in the context of continuing professional education (formation professionnelle) within the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth, is a meeting place for learners and professionals that provides an appropriate infrastructure to foster creativity, peer-to-peer work and an international learning and exchange culture. The aim of the DLH is to offer a variety of pedagogical forms in a friendly environment.
